Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of customers in the Richmond and Virginia Beach, VA market, the full-time Account Representative - Vehicle Refinish will execute sales plans, develop new business opportunities, and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated customer portfolio to execute the sales plan effectively
• Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline by screening the customer base for new opportunities
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement necessary remedial actions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, and key account management
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field; MBA preferred
• Knowledge of the paints and coatings industry or B2B environments
• Ability to complete a qualitative and quantitative respirator fit test and use a respirator as needed
• Skills in stakeholder management, project management, and creating value propositions
