Account Resolution Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve credit balances on patient accounts and ensure accurate billing
• Perform patient account data entry, maintenance, and investigate credit balance issues
• Analyze credit balance trends and participate in daily/weekly AR calls

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of credit balance review experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, preferably with remote experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to read and understand 835 EDI information for account resolution
• Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology
