Account Resolution Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review accounts with credit balances and determine the reasons for these balances
• Perform data entry and maintenance on patient accounts, and investigate credit balance issues
• Analyze credit balance trends and prepare for daily/weekly accounts receivable calls

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in credit balance review and project work in a professional services or consulting environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in remote settings, with prior remote experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
• Ability to understand financial and accounting terminology, including 835 EDI information
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
