Account Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of calls regarding delinquent accounts and establish payment arrangements
• Contact members with past due accounts to discuss balances, set repayment schedules, and obtain payments
• Complete tasks related to the collection and closure of delinquent accounts, including recommendations for repossession or charge-off

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service or collection experience required
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to collections and bankruptcy
• Familiarity with legal proceedings applicable to collections, repossession, and foreclosure
• Preferred knowledge of Symitar and Temenos systems
• Able to work extended hours as required by management
