Account Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist in Deposit Operations, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to escalated member calls from various departments and provides quality service
• Assists the Accounting Department with inquiries and trains coworkers to enhance self-sufficiency
• Researches and resolves member issues while complying with internal guidelines and external regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or related experience
• At least 6 months of Service Help Desk experience or 18 months of relevant experience
• High school diploma required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Symitar
• Must meet all expectations of an Agent 3
