A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist (Collector) for a hybrid in-office/remote evening shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to resolve past due loan balances and collect payments
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines while documenting collection information accurately
• Consult with members regarding delinquency and negotiate repayment options

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One year of experience in collection, loss mitigation, loan servicing, or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Familiarity with lending-related terminology and processes
