Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution I representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies, executing the denial appeals process and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Prepare and submit required reports while identifying and communicating ongoing problems related to health system departments and contracts
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and provide feedback for process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of collection experience preferred
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and possess strong analytical skills
  • Basic experience with PC applications and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work needs in a high-stress environment
