Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist II to manage insurance claims and ensure timely payment processing for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit and review medical claims to ensure accurate processing and payment
  • Investigate claim errors and follow up with payers to resolve issues
  • Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documentation in accordance with payer guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical claim payments and follow-up
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Meditech, Epic, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and revenue cycle processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop applications
