Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Support Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process incoming and outgoing payer correspondence
  • Update patient accounts based on documentation received and identify trends impacting revenue
  • Establish relationships with third-party payor representatives to resolve claims issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Teams and virtual meeting tools
  • Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding preferred
  • Strong analytical and research skills for resolving issues
