Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing payer correspondence
- Update patient accounts based on documentation received and identify trends impacting revenue
- Establish relationships with third-party payor representatives to resolve claims issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Teams and virtual meeting tools
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding preferred
- Strong analytical and research skills for resolving issues
