Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist to support internal customers by resolving issues and answering questions related to various systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to escalated member calls and executive level escalations to provide quality service
  • Assist the Accounting Department and Service Center Help Desk with inquiries and training
  • Research submitted tickets to find answers and resolutions for members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5 years of customer service or related experience, with at least 6 months of Service Help Desk experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Must meet all expectations of an Agent 3
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Symitar
  • Ability to work in a multi-channel environment and deliver exceptional member experiences
