Qualifications and Skills for the Account Resolution Specialist:
  • Demonstrated customer service or call center experience with confidence in handling frequent outbound calls
  • Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality expectations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
  • Bilingual communication skills are preferred but not required
