Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist III - Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through account resolution for clients
- Resolve escalated and stalled claims, provide training and support to team members, and ensure claims are submitted accurately
- Research, analyze, and correct claim errors, follow up with payers, and participate in daily shift briefings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Revenue Cycle Management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience working with health insurance companies in securing payment for medical claims
- Experience with Allscripts, hospital and physician claim follow up, and knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes
