Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of supervising, mentoring, or coaching experience required
• CRCR certification or completion of certification required within 90 days of hire
• 3-5 years of experience with health insurance companies managing complex medical claims
• Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or comparable platforms is required
