Account Review Specialist

Job Summary

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned business accounts, the full-time remote Account Review Specialist will serve as the primary contact for operational issues, assist with delinquency management, and promote the adoption of electronic solutions while ensuring high service satisfaction through effective client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned business accounts, addressing and resolving operational problems through a consultative approach
• Assist clients with delinquency management and program implementations, promoting efficient management techniques
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of service delivery and maintain accurate records of assigned portfolio specifics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems for report generation and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform interest calculations and account adjustments
• Strong analytical skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
