Job Summary

Managing yearbook agreements, the full-time Account Service Coordinator will maintain accurate records, provide technical and customer support throughout the design and production process, and collaborate with advisers and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from setup to delivery, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and process signed yearbook agreements, updating bookings and entering event details
  • Provide prompt, professional support to customers via phone, chat, and Salesforce, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently
  • Assist customers with navigating their yearbook website and provide ongoing technical support for website-related issues
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
