Job Summary
Leading the delivery of technology services across multiple agile pods, the full-time Account Service Delivery Manager will ensure high-quality execution of projects involving web development, .NET, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Playwright, Java, and Azure while engaging with CXOs and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for client accounts involving complex technology stacks
- Manage and coordinate approximately 20 agile pods following a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery model
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client CXOs, building strong executive relationships
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing technology service delivery in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of web development, .NET, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Playwright, Java, and Azure
- Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with CXOs and prepare proposals for sales initiatives
- Strong skills in resource planning, budgeting, and capacity management
