Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist policy owners and agents with inquiries related to life insurance policies and products
Handle incoming calls regarding premium, billing, customer website access, and client changes
Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or above
0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Insurance/Financial Services
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Understanding of insurance terminology, particularly in Life/Retirement Services
Prior call center experience is preferred
