Account Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Service Representative to join their digital sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Digital Sales team
• Contact customers to follow up on inbound queries and proactively reach out to prospects
• Track contacts and activities in the CRM database and qualify prospects

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically three to five years of customer service experience
• Experience and interest in the payments or SaaS industry considered an asset
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or another CRM, and Microsoft Office products
• Strong adaptability and high energy in using digital tools and technologies
