A company is looking for an Associate Account Services Analyst to manage client support for Mid-Market clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Mid-Market clients, addressing day-to-day transactional needs
• Efficiently manage high-volume transactional casework, including reporting requests and funding inquiries
• Document all client communications and collaborate with Solution Analysts to enhance the client service experience
