Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and retain the existing customer base within key Sports and Entertainment Seller relationships
• Collaborate with Senior Account Manager to develop growth and retention strategies
• Cross sell and upsell products and features by discovering customer leads

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management
• Experience in discovering and closing sales opportunities
• Strong interest in business operations and strategy
• Experience in Sports and Entertainment operations or technology deployments is a plus
• A BA/BS or relevant experience
