Account Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sports, Entertainment, & Leisure Account Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and retain the existing customer base within key Sports and Entertainment Seller relationships
• Collaborate with Senior Account Manager and Account Executives to develop growth and retention strategies
• Cross sell and upsell products and features by discovering customer leads

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or related field
• Experience in discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships
• Strong interest in business operations and strategy
• Experience in Sports and Entertainment operations or technology deployments is a plus
• A BA/BS or relevant experience
