Account Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Rep to manage non-core MSPL business and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account activities, build relationships, and resolve customer issues through collaboration with internal teams
• Drive sales processes within an assigned territory to expand services and increase gross profit by analyzing customer trends
• Develop knowledge of the marketplace and physician practice dynamics to drive consultative selling and win new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience; may have a degree or equivalent
• 4-year degree preferred in sales and marketing, business management, or healthcare related field
• 1-year sales and/or account management experience
• Understanding of healthcare distribution, community oncology, and industry trends is highly desired
• Experience with pharmaceutical products and the buy-and-bill model is beneficial
