Account Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve inquiries from Policyholders and Brokers regarding implementation, enrollment, and billing
• Provide training and explanations on billing and enrollment procedures to ensure effective service
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support departmental goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call or contact center
• Knowledge of group insurance products is preferred
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
