Account Services Representative

Job Summary

Supporting post-funding account corrections, the full-time remote Account Services Representative will process high-volume requests, manage customer interactions, and build relationships with program administrators and dealerships.

Key responsibilities

• Process account updates and corrections initiated by Quality Control or dealership requests
• Manage inbound and outbound communications to resolve operational issues and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and support delinquency management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of customer service experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, or dealership operations preferred
• Ability to perform interest calculations and account adjustments
• Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
