Account Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Account Services Representative will manage inquiries from policyholders, brokers, and group office personnel, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention of group premium income.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve inquiries related to implementation, enrollment, and billing to exceed customer expectations
• Deliver training and explanations on billing and enrollment procedures to policyholders and brokers
• Foster effective working relationships with internal and external business partners to align with departmental goals

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems effectively
• Experience in customer service, particularly in a call or contact center environment
• Knowledge of group insurance products is preferred
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
