Account Services Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Account Services Representative I will ensure the accuracy of insurance documentation by researching and verifying information, maintaining records, and providing support to internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer service emails with clear and thorough resolutions using available tools and systems
• Accurately enter verified insurance information into internal systems and ensure compliance with company standards
• Review and maintain insurance files, matching documentation to appropriate client records through critical thinking and analytical skills

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least six months of customer service-related experience
• Ability to review and interpret detailed insurance documents and data accurately
• Frequent communication with external contacts; effective information conveyance and reception skills
