Account Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Specialist to join their Client Operations team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming fax communications for timely distribution
• Review and enter new account setup data for accuracy and compliance
• Act as a liaison between custodians and Planning Teams to resolve inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a registered investment advisor environment
• Basic understanding of SEC regulations relevant to investment advisory operations
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
