Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Account Services Specialist will manage client interactions through phone and email, focusing on client retention and improving processes while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a knowledgeable contact for clients' day-to-day needs and manage escalations effectively
  • Document all communications with clients to ensure continuity of client history and improve resolution experiences
  • Participate in ongoing learning and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiencies
Required qualifications
  • Experience in client services or account management roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex tasks
  • Knowledge of Benefits/COBRA and related system functionalities
  • Proven conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate client issues
  • Ability to meet team and individual performance metrics consistently
