Account Services Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting transfer agency operations, the full-time Account Services Specialist I will manage the creation of new accounts, execute financial transactions, and maintain meticulous record-keeping for mutual fund clients in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input customer data to set up new accounts and manage basic financial operations
• Execute retirement plan account transactions and track transfer statuses until completion
• Coordinate with internal teams and broker-dealers to gather missing account information and ensure shareholder account updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in client services or a related field
• Background in the financial services industry
• Series 6 license is an asset
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered
