Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Services Specialist II responsible for various Transfer Agency functions and maintaining accurate records for mutual fund and alternative investment clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes and processes new accounts and transactions for alternative investments and mutual funds
- Completes quality control reviews and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provides shareholder service support and coordinates account-related paperwork
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in client services or related field
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Series 6 license preferred
- Knowledge of operational standards, SEC, IRS, and prospectus guidelines
