Job Summary

Providing administrative support to Call Center staff, the part-time Account Services Support Representative will manage data in spreadsheets, handle correspondence, and assist with enhancing member experiences while working onsite in Baltimore with a hybrid option after 90 days.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage data entry and maintain department reports and procedure manuals
  • Assist with client correspondence and processing account-related instructions
  • Collaborate with Call Center staff to improve service quality and member satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One year of administrative experience
  • Preferred one year of experience in financial services
  • Proven PC skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated administrative skills with attention to detail
