Job Summary
Providing administrative support to Call Center staff, the part-time Account Services Support Representative will manage data in spreadsheets, handle correspondence, and assist with enhancing member experiences while working onsite in Baltimore with a hybrid option after 90 days.
Key responsibilities
- Manage data entry and maintain department reports and procedure manuals
- Assist with client correspondence and processing account-related instructions
- Collaborate with Call Center staff to improve service quality and member satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One year of administrative experience
- Preferred one year of experience in financial services
- Proven PC skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated administrative skills with attention to detail
