Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Servicing Assistant Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Account Servicing Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Account Servicing Manager with daily operations and departmental training
  • Supervise department staff and manage daily workload and scheduling
  • Complete Account Servicing tasks, including customer interactions and issue resolution


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 2 years' experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders
