Job Summary
Assisting the Account Servicing Manager with daily operations, the full-time remote Account Servicing Assistant Manager will oversee staff training, monitor phone coverage, and support various departments with customer service tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise department staff and manage daily workload and scheduling for collection teams
- Assist with Account Servicing projects and address process improvement areas with agents and managers
- Complete customer service duties, including payment processing and resolving customer disputes
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Internet software
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
