Account Servicing Specialist

Job Summary

Handling complex account inquiries, the remote Account Servicing Specialist will assess past due accounts, perform outbound calls to resolve delinquency, and process payments while working part-time with two evening shifts and one Saturday shift every five weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency
• Research delinquent accounts and provide relief options to customers in hardship
• Assist with overflow calls and administrative tasks as needed

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or relevant experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
