Account Servicing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time hourly Account Servicing Specialist I will assess past due accounts, contact customers for resolution, and handle complex account inquiries while performing outbound calls and processing payments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls on past due customer accounts to resolve delinquency
• Research and determine the best course of action for delinquent accounts
• Process over-the-phone payments and provide relief options to customers in hardship

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in customer service or collections
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
