Account Solution Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Account Solution Architect will provide pre-sales technical support for complex products and solutions, assist sales teams with customer needs assessments, and mentor junior architects while driving technical innovation within the partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and delivery of technical enablement plans for key partners
• Design and implement tailored technical solutions to address complex challenges
• Coordinate technical resources to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in pre-sales technical support or solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of complex product implementations and technical solutions
• Experience mentoring junior team members and providing guidance
• Ability to conduct workshops and demonstrations with partners
• Familiarity with Red Hat technologies and solutions
