Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist, Corporates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, upsell, cross-sell opportunities, and manage renewals for corporate accounts
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Track and manage customer renewals and ensure timely processing of quotes and contracts
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to effectively manage over 200 accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft software programs
  • Motivated and competitive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
