Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Specialist, Corporates.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales, upsell, cross-sell opportunities, and manage renewals for corporate accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities for expansion
- Track and manage customer renewals and ensure timely processing of quotes and contracts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to effectively manage over 200 accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft software programs
- Motivated and competitive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
