Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist to join their Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage the order process, including entry, verification, and accuracy checks
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments for support and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Preferred experience in flooring, rubber industry, or manufacturing
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Strong math skills are required
