Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist to support PNC Merchant Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex merchant support cases related to payment processing, settlement, and terminal issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and drive timely resolution of client-impacting issues
• Document interactions and contribute to knowledge base and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service for financial technology or merchant services
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Experience in technical documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• An equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
