Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist to support small and medium-sized clients by delivering excellent service and coordinating key system-related needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve service problems and act as a liaison with internal representatives to ensure compliance and service delivery
  • Develop and monitor service plans with agents/brokers, providing account-specific input and analytics
  • Manage installation processes for new and existing accounts while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in claims management, underwriting, or related fields
  • Knowledge of claims products and services, as well as general insurance principles
  • Strong computer and systems skills
  • Understanding of the insurance/TPA industry and marketplace
