Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist to support small and medium-sized clients by delivering excellent service and coordinating system-related needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve service problems and act as a liaison with internal representatives to ensure compliance
  • Manage service delivery through proactive follow-up and communication with agents/brokers/customers
  • Assist in the installation process for new and existing accounts while developing service plans based on feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in claims management, underwriting, or related fields
  • Knowledge of claims products and services, as well as general insurance principles
  • Good computer and systems skills with an understanding of the insurance/TPA industry
  • Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
