Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist to support the growth of hearing-care product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers within the assigned territory
• Collaborate with field sales representatives and key account managers to support account growth
• Manage customer communications and provide high-quality support through proactive follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, customer support, or medical device sales
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
