Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Specialist to support customer account growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer accounts with engagement planning, renewal tracking, and communications
- Prepare reports and success plans to facilitate proactive outreach and risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities for account health
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (support, sales, renewals, or success)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle or account management processes preferred
