Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist to support customer account growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer accounts through engagement planning, renewal tracking, and communications
  • Prepare customer data reports and collaborate with teams to identify risks and opportunities
  • Assist in coordinating internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (support, sales, renewals, or success)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Exposure to customer lifecycle, renewal, or account management processes is preferred
