Account Specialist

Job Summary

Ensuring daily account maintenance and quality of patient account activities, the full-time Account Specialist will monitor issues related to patient registration, charging, and coding while working remotely from Georgia.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily account maintenance and practice revenue activities
• Monitor and resolve issues with patient registration, charging, and coding processes
• Keep supervisors informed of any problems or issues affecting account activities

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years of billing and accounts receivable experience
• Knowledge of accounting and electronic billing systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
