Job Summary

To support a brand's sales team, the full-time remote Account Specialist will manage accounts and order processing, providing customer service and collaboration with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage the assigned order book by entering, revising, and releasing orders for processing
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product specifications, availability, and order selection
  • Investigate product/service issues and communicate effectively with all business partners for resolution
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in account management or customer service
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP and Cognos reporting preferred
  • Self-starter with a proactive working style
  • Location requirement: Ideal candidate will reside within Wisconsin
