Job Summary
To support a brand's sales team, the full-time remote Account Specialist will manage accounts and order processing, providing customer service and collaboration with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the assigned order book by entering, revising, and releasing orders for processing
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product specifications, availability, and order selection
- Investigate product/service issues and communicate effectively with all business partners for resolution
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in account management or customer service
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP and Cognos reporting preferred
- Self-starter with a proactive working style
- Location requirement: Ideal candidate will reside within Wisconsin
