Job Summary

Supporting the GPC Customer Care Team remotely, the full-time Account Specialist will manage order fulfillment, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with internal processes while collaborating across various departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the order fulfillment process, including order booking, delivery monitoring, and return processing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring timely communication and reporting
  • Participate in strategic project initiatives and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business/office environment, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods
  • SAP and EDI experience preferred
  • Customer Service and Order Management experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
