Job Summary
Supporting the GPC Customer Care Team remotely, the full-time Account Specialist will manage order fulfillment, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with internal processes while collaborating across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the order fulfillment process, including order booking, delivery monitoring, and return processing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring timely communication and reporting
- Participate in strategic project initiatives and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a business/office environment, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods
- SAP and EDI experience preferred
- Customer Service and Order Management experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
