Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement, the remote Account Specialist will qualify new customer leads, facilitate appointments for field sales representatives, and manage relationships with existing accounts while utilizing technology for effective communication.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and manage communications in line with field team strategy
  • Identify and prioritize new account leads, scheduling meetings for field sales representatives
  • Provide high-quality customer service and follow up with existing customers to address their needs
Required qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and proactively
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships in a remote setting
  • Understanding of the sales process and collaboration with sales teams
