Job Summary
Providing essential customer support and order management, the full-time remote Account Specialist will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries regarding material and order status through phone, email, and meetings
- Coordinate issue resolution among customers, Boeing, and internal staff to maintain service quality
- Complete various administrative tasks, including order entry and customer status reporting as needed
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
- Solid computer skills beyond the basic level
- Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
- Flexible scheduling availability, including potential overtime
