Job Summary

Providing essential customer support and order management, the full-time remote Account Specialist will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding material and order status through phone, email, and meetings
  • Coordinate issue resolution among customers, Boeing, and internal staff to maintain service quality
  • Complete various administrative tasks, including order entry and customer status reporting as needed
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Solid computer skills beyond the basic level
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including potential overtime
