Job Summary

Coordinating area processes and serving as a team lead, the full-time Account Specialist will manage the enrollment, renewals, and changes of assigned groups while training new employees and ensuring accurate billing and reporting, initially based in Columbia, SC and transitioning to a remote role after training.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate prompt processing of new group enrollments, renewals, changes, and cancellations
  • Train and oversee new employees while monitoring team workload and performance
  • Prepare contracts, benefit books, and custom ID cards while ensuring compliance with group structure and billing processes
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (2 years in a related role)
  • 3 years of administrative/clerical support and/or customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience in a membership, billing, or accounts role
